### Returns Policy
Our returns policy is valid till 48 hours from the date of delivery. Please contact us within this period if you need to return, refund, or exchange an item. This policy applies only to items that are damaged or defective.
- **Eligibility Criteria for Returns:**
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item will undergo an inspection before we process any refund or exchange.
- The return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.
- **How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:**
- To request a return or exchange, please contact us at contactus@anava.store or send a WhatsApp message to +917489958325. Include your order number and photos of the item you wish to return or exchange, along with the reason.
- We will organize a reverse pick-up of the product within 2-4 working days.
- **Refund Process:**
-For prepaid orders, there is no refund and return once the order is placed.
Only in cases where the products delivered to you are incorrect, damaged or defective, do we consider return requests.You would need to notify us of the same within 48 hours after you receive the product.We would need clear pictures either sent to us on mail or whatsapp to raise a ticket regarding this.
Please note, reverse pick-up is available only in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.
### Shipping Information
We strive to ship all orders within 72 hours. If there are any delays due to item unavailability or other issues, we will notify you through email or WhatsApp with the updated dispatch date.
Typically, our courier partners deliver most orders within 0 to7 working days from when they are dispatched.
